SHIPPING
Effective July 18,2006, Hurritrax implemented a new secure shopping cart that will automatically calculate shipping charges via UPS ground service based on your Zip Code. This method of calculating shipping allows us to lower our Hurritrax tracking chart pricing as well as overall shipping costs.
INSURANCE
Insurance is included at no additional cost with all orders. We package your order with extreme care, but things can and do happen during shipment. If you experience damage to your product during shipping, please notify us at once.
RETURNS
Hurritrax.com offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us to arrange for return shipment. A return authorization number MUST be requested from Hurritrax by email at hurritrax@mchsi.com before any returns are sent to us. Once the return authorization has been issued, we will issue you instructions and you may return the item to us via UPS. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Credits will be issued for the product less a 20% restocking fee to cover the original outbound shipping costs. Sorry, no credits will be issued after 30 days for any reason.
